Cancellation Policy
Booking: All coaching sessions must be scheduled online through our website. This ensures a streamlined process, allowing you to choose a convenient time for your session. Bookings are will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Payment: Payment is required at the time the booking is made. Bank deposit details are provided on our booking page. Once payment is received, we will forward you a booking confirmation to the contact details which you have provided o your booking. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so no later than 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Privacy and Confidentiality: We are committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of all information shared. All personal information and details discussed during coaching sessions are kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
